We had some sunglasses made up at the Brentwood Branch to be made with prescriptive lenses, we noticed quite soon that the new lenses were never put in the glasses, returned to shop to be treated as if we were scamming them, manager no interest in the error they made and want an extra £60 to do it again, go somewhere else that appreciates your business.
