  I’ve had a couple of transactions before so will dived it into pros and cons. Pros- 1.Equipment arrives dry. 2.Dead rock arrives dead. 3. Packages are well packaged. Cons- 1. Customer is always wrong. 1.Sea urchin arrived stone cold. 2.Refused refund because it was only half dead when it got here.(fully dead now) 3. Emails get ignored . 4. They terminated the call when they are asked to elaborate on the one word answers they were giving me. 5. There “expertise” contradicts most reef forms and other fish shops on how to acclimatise sea urchins. Summary. Might be nice people in the shop but won’t be buying anything online again.
