  I think the lady that gave a one star, must of been having bad day of her own, before she went in. I would recommend Robert and Pat to anyone and I have. I have been going there for years, most lovely pair you could ever meet. Work is always beautiful and precise, quality jewellery. I have had a few pieces made, always very Happy. Yes they can say that they don’t need your custom, the customer is not always right. Pity the lady didn't say that the work on her ring was done, in only an hour.
