  Thank you to the wickes Team at Brentwood. Much more helpful than Rayleigh. From a phone call yesterday to reserve our goods then collecting materials today such friendly and helpful staff. No problem to help me put the goods in the car and thank you to Keith for your advice regarding insulating some pipework. Brilliant service.

  Not for the first time today have experience a rather unpleasant member of staff on this occasion Lou Lou who should be out back stacking items rather than face to face customer services given she has the worst people skills imaginable. On a positive note a young staff member Alfie did assist my pregnant wife collecting some items on another occasion without hesitation. Suggest Wickes Brentwood look for more people like Alifie !!
