  Absolutely brilliant customer service from phoning in order as website was down, follow up calls regarding delivery & then delivery, guys were so polite and helpful, good sense of humours even though they'd had a long drive round the M25! Superb, many thanks and the furniture is brilliant too! Diane Penn, Surrey.

  Could not disagree more with the above review, the staff are in no way stuck up and rude, I found them to be very helpful and totally friendly. Infact the owner of the shop did not have a piece of furniture in stock that I wanted and took my number to organise getting this to me. Yes the shop is full, but its great to be able to browse amongst so much choice. If you want space Chanel W then go to IKEA.
